Alrighty-here is where I am going to keep track of my work out progress. My goal isn't entirely to lose weight (I weigh 125) as much as it is to be able to fit back into my favorite pants.
They're a little small now.
So, I've made some goals (starting July 1):
- Run the half marathon in Huntsville this October.
- Work out 3 times a week
- Avoid fast food-or just choose healthier options
- Only have a sugary treat every other day. This might be hard..
- Keep track of my work outs
FITNESS TRACKING
M June 29 Cardio Class-1 hour
Th July 2 30 minutes of lame lap swimming
Tu July 14 33 min of wogging
Fr July 17 31 min of wogging
July 27 3 miles, 33 minutes
