Oh how I miss that!!! I miss rain so thick you can only see an inch in front of you when driving--REAL rain storms. And, yes, there are LOTS of rainbows in Texas too :) It's been 5 years since I've been there... :(
From the angle of the camera shot I would say the photographer was also driving the car, talking on the phone and carrying on a conversation with the passenger while keeping Chunky from jumping out the window.
