There is just something so wonderful about this time of year. I love that it comes right when the summer heat is unbearable, I love the crisper days, the bluer skies, the cleaner smells, the colors, the food, the way that it lets winter creep up...
I just love, love love this season. I miss being in Idaho, Wyoming, Montana and yes, even Utah, to see the changing colors and enjoy the first snow. Here in Texas we had a short week of cool weather, and now it's back up to being eighty degrees with a lot of humidity. Which isn't bad, it does make for a great Saturday at Dewberry Farms, which is where we went last Saturday. It was pretty fun, although I think my balance was a little off for swinging off the hay bales...
Love the pumpkin picture. Ladybug is great, too. Nice job getting the other areas out of focus so just the petals and bug are sharp and clear. It's fun having six artistic children.
