Up until recently, I was beginning to think pregnancy wasn't so bad. I never got sick, I slept at night, didn't have any aches or pains, and then suddenly one night I had a leg spasm. Then the next night I had another one. Then a few nights later I couldn't sleep because my back hurt. And that's when I realized just how uncomfortable the last couple months are. Some days I feel great, but then some days I feel like a bowling ball with toothpick legs-it's hard to get out of the car, it's hard to climb into the truck.. and as bad as I want to wear my adorable Emu boots that lace up, I pretty much can't unless Jeff does it for me. Having to bend over and tie them sideways is almost too much, it's a tough angle. Thank heavens I don't have too long to go-although I am not in a particular hurry for the little guy to come. We're dying to meet him, but it's nice being able to just carry him around and not have to worry about feedings, diaperings, and car seats.

Try eating bananas to help with the leg spasms, loaded with potassium. It helped your mom a lot
at least it hasn't been difficutl until now!! count your blessings and you look amazing. Can't wait to see you!
oh and I had leg spasms and ended up having to take a muscle relaxer for the last like 4 weeks at night. If it gets really bad-talk to me.
I discovered the trick to the spasm-don't stretch if I am in bed! Or, if I do and start to feel it, stretch ALL the way and not stop then it goes away.
.. and eat a banana ;)
Good luck to you these next few weeks! I'm sure you can't wait to meet your little guy :-)
