1 can of chicken
1/2 can of corn
1/2 small can of green chilis
1/2 can of green chili enchilada sauce
4 medium tortillas
some cheddar cheese
some Lowry's seasoning salt
some cilantro (I have some dried stuff)
1/2 red onion
Dice up the onion and cook it in a frying pan...add the chicken, spices, green chilis and corn. Roll up the stuff with some cheese in a tortilla...lay in a baking pan, dump enchilada sauce on top, throw on some cheese. I put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes on 350. When it looked yummy I broiled it for one more minute and called it dinner.
