To get your mind off of Twistan jumping around in poo-I am posting this. Well, that is one reason. The other is because I am impressed by how awesome my little sister is. First, I am going to share a picture of what Twistan looks like when we go on a bike ride. He falls asleep into a mess on the little bike seat. He's become a pro at sleeping squished against the side-we've been doing this to him since he was eight weeks old. Now he's just big enough I can lose the ten pounds of padding and he will mostly sit up and enjoy the ride instead of sleeping through it. We only go a few miles... Chunky can only run so far, and the baby now takes the bike seat when he used to.
Like, all the time. One time she did a fifty mile race. She wrote about it HERE.
She also did another race (sixty five miles I think) and wrote about it HERE.
And for extra credit this one time she rode another absurd amount of miles around Rexburg. On one downhill portion she had this brilliant idea, "It's hot. I am going to take my pants off while I ride so that way I don't lose any time." .... for the record, she was wearing shorts under the pants. I'll give you one guess how that turned out. Thank goodness for helmets-although we may never know if she did suffer brain damage from the fall ;) because this time she is going all out noble and is going to ride a HUNDRED miles for a diabetes fundraiser. If you can help with donations-click here! Or, at least take a stop by her blog and tell her you love her and wish her good luck!
