Today is a very convenient day for my family. We celebrate two birthdays at once! My Mom and sister-in-law have the same birthday. It was especially great when Tonia and Ben were staying at the house during October-we were able to forget BOTH birthdays!!! And it's even better for my brother-he only has to remember one day for two people. ... it can also be a very bad day, should he forget both, or fail to do something cool for them although he remembered what day it is (like last year when he made Tonia make her own birthday dinner and then complained that it was spaghetti (what a snot!). After he recovered and was released from the hospital he had them engrave her birthday and good ideas for what to do on his head so this year he's got a cool plan). Today is also special because they're the only ones who have October birthdays in our family. And its close to Halloween. And it's the tenth month which is sooner than the eleventh. And October has really blue skies. And 2+3=5.

Anyway,
HaPpY BiRtHdAy to
Mom, first! Hopefully you didn't spend the whole day cleaning. That's not very birthday like. Maybe when Dad gets home you guys can find an 24 hour diner somewhere and get a peice of cake together :) Here's to many, many more birthdays!!!

And then
HaPpY BiRtHdAy to
Tonia! I had to put up this picture. Tonia was about five months pregnant and was wearing my wedding dress-fabulous! Anyway-birthday wishes to you, too! I hope the candles on your cake don't set off the fire alarm :)

I LOVE that picture....it makes me feel good. Good thing no one knows my stomach is sucked in so hard that I couldn't breathe! Happy Birthday Terry!!!
Why does Tonia always look good, even when she's carrying an entire extra person on her body? Oh, well. Happy Birthday to both!
Love the post Anna! Happy Birthday again!
Happy Birthday month to you, Tonia!
Thanks for posting those pictures, they are way fun to look at. I had totally forgotten that one of me. Maybe there was a reason....
And had never seen that of Tonia. Reminded me of the story of Moses and how his mother carried him and the Egyptian midwives never knew she was even pregnant. Yep, she must have been wearing a Hebrew mermaid dress (jk).
Thanks, Anna!
