It works with a sensor that is supposed to be attached to a Nike shoe. Unfortunately-I don't run in Nike's. I suppose I could-I just haven't in a few years. So I had to buy a shoe pouch-which makes it not as accurate as it would be if it were held sturdier in a shoe.
- It's not always accurate-probably due to the sensor situation, but it would tell me I ran a mile instead of three... >: ... and today-my watch said we did 5.7 miles, and Shelby's said 6.1 ...her's is the correct one.

The toggle button is at an odd angle. The toggle is on the side, and the stop/start is on the top. When you want to go through and check time or pace instead of calories while you are running, you have to grab your watch awkwardly and toggle through. If they would have switched the buttons life would be easier.
- It does come in cute colors. Mostly black, but I like my blue and lime green.
- It comes with a great online computer program with all sorts of training programs-love it.
Anyway, overall I am satisfied with my watch and happy with the purchase. My next one will be either be a phone app with GPS, or it will be a GPS watch itself. But only as long as it will record my runs over time-I love looking back at the miles I've logged and seeing my improvements.
