At the Post Office I forgot a pen and the address to the box I was shipping. The baby was sad and crying cause he wanted to be sleeping. But then this nice man, leg all done up in a cast, told everyone in line, "Don't eat them and they don't need water.." and gave us all a rose. Someone loaned me a pen, someone smiled at the baby and I threw away all the trash on the counter instead of leaving it. I held the door for someone as I left.That act of kindness made my whole day... it's amazing what one small gesture can do for someone.
